US transit data is out today, and Seattle's Link remains one of the fastest-growing rail systems in the nation, with ridership up 9% in the wake of the extension to Federal Way Ridership should increase even further at the end of this month when the 1 & 2 lines are connected🧵

My 💚 was filled with joy this aft riding the evolving network of Protected Bike Lanes in Seattle I began at Coleman Dock, rode north thru Waterfront, passed cruise ship terminal and sculpture park, checked out the park construction along the bay, took the bike/ped bridge & then PBL’s S and E to Arch

💧 🌱 I started my Sunday visiting the Westwood Greenway which is newly open to the public. Back in 2011-2012, I worked with community members to save this 900 ft long “paper street” from becoming an asphalt parking lot. Birds 🐦, Butterflies 🦋 & the biofiltration creek make it a very relaxing spot
