Sinners-A Review
Sinners is representative of what I truly love about horror. It explores the lives of the characters who live in a time of great inequality. It takes place in Mississippi in the 1930s. It was a time when only a select few could experience true freedom. The movie harkens back to the days of a horror tale depicting creatures who frighten us to the depths of our soul but also focusing on the lives of the people experiencing not only a supernatural horror, but the quiet, enduring horror of their daily existence.

The Weirdly Wise Women of Horror starter pack for those of us over 50 is growing. Let me know if you or others fit this pack! It is very much for us to see that there are many of our age working in the genre. If I don't respond tonight (UK time), I will be back tomorrow!

So once I've decided on a name, I will be creating a starter pack for women of 50+ years who write horror/dark fiction. (Note women in the inclusive sense, the sisterhood in all its forms)

support), I am specifically looking at the experiences of those who are 50+ and have written this post which asks some questions. Feel free to respond to them - information is power!
