Completion 19 of 100 - Pokémon Pokopia I love this game and I'm glad to see a full fledged Pokémon spin-off for the console base as opposed to the mobile space. Some of the best bits of Dragon Quest Builders through a franchise that means more to me than DQ does. A great time a possible early GOTY.

Completion 18 of 100 - Resident Evil Requiem It wasn't supposed to take an entire month to beat another game, but Requiem was a good time and a nice completion to get back into the (hatchet) swing of things. I enjoyed my time with this so far, definitely considering the 100% for it after Pokopia.

I'm now 24 hours into Pokopia and boy it's got its teeth in. I've just finished the storyline of the second area, moving onto the third. I'm lightly restoring as I go (clearing up sand/dirt on paths, repairing some buildings where I can) but largely leaving the structure as is until postgame.

Last night I got to see Randy Feltface live for the first time, in what was an insane but exceptional hour of comedy, now immortalised in this Officer Randy poster featuring an echidna's genitalia because...reasons.

Another expansion is upon us, which means another box for the shelves. I play considerably less World of Warcraft than I used to, and only generally tend to go back for the new expansion stories, but I am weak to a collectors edition boxed set.

The post-Brock, Boulder Badge winning team. A fair bit of Viridian Forest trainer xp also went into evolving Beedrill (boxed) and there's also a Pikachu in the box.

While the obvious answer is "Duh," we should remember this is the design director of the Saints Row that was still an underbaked GTA knock-off. Maybe Embracer just don't want his pitch. Doesn't mean the franchise is dead because they didn't respond to one guy's pitch. Even is he did direct SR1.

When I get bored before Pokémon Day, I make a spreadsheet to lay out my prediction for the running order of the 25 minute presentation. They tend to cover *a lot* in a short span of time, usually less than a minute per item, although 5 mins for Gen10 reveal is optimistic (Gen 9 got 4 minutes).

This is the best example of 'fuck around and find out' I've seen in a long time. It took a single day for this guy to lose his board position at a board game publisher for suggesting AI could generate games as good as the people their company published for. This is why execs don't rep creatives.
