Having fun with an #AtariXEGS this evening. We picked it up at last weekend's @computinghistory.org.uk Bring n Byte Sale. Came with a ton of software, plus a light pen. We paired it up with our other weekend purchase, an #Atari Touch Tablet. Have just discovered you can play Kaboom using the tab! 💣

And finally we tried an old light gun that @tonyfishlock.bsky.social picked up a year or so ago for a quid. Bug Hunt is actually pretty fun! Now to go through the rest of the software ...

@tonyfishlock.bsky.social picked up [yet another] box of random #Lego from the boot sale last week for £12. Amazingly, he found about 90% of this rather rare 1983 #train carriage in it. The signs were only produced for this set, and amazingly they were all in there. The bunk beds inside lift up.

Oh my gawd. For years we've had creepy 'rustlings' at night in an overgrown and inaccessible corner of the garden. It's tiny so this is right near us/our bench. This year they've been particularly loud. For years I've looked into the 'abyss' and seen nothing. This afternoon the culprit emerged ..
