THREAD: The Sikh Coalition is deeply disappointed by the ruling of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals in the key trucking case, Lujan v. FMCSA II. Unfortunately, the court has denied to issue an emergency stay. It will, however, revisit the case and hear arguments in September.

Late last month, the local Sikh community of Southwest Ohio received Sikh Awareness and Appreciation Month proclamations from the cities of Cincinnati and Mason. We were glad to support this effort, and Community Development Director Aasees Kaur joined sangat to mark the occasion!
