Today, we join the rest of the nation in commemorating the devastation wrought by both the terrorist attacks and the broader aftermath of September 11, 2001. We memorialize not just those who were lost in the attacks, but countless other lives that were ended or changed forever.

We join officials and orgs on both sides of the aisle in condemning the murder of Charlie Kirk. This act is the latest in a dangerous pattern of violence that threatens all communities; we must work to ensure that everyone can safely learn, worship, and engage in civic debate.
