Call and email your concerns. If enough complain, maybe they will change the rules about election interference by the Longest Ballot Committee.

Called elections Canada & was given the # for Judy Cosby who couldn't help me but is going to get back to me asap with a contact to whom I can file an official complaint. If I don't hear from her in 24 hours I will update you all with her # & you can "encourage" her to inform whom to complain to. 😊

To the people of Ontario: Premier Ford claims to be accountable, transparent and working 24/7 for us. I generally see photo ops galore, but not much of anything else. How about you? There were a couple of media scrums as well not shown here.

January Update on the activities of Doug Ford. The photo ops will probably continue daily during the campaign, as he continues to funnel money to his developers, while denying any assistance financially for workers. Don’t be duped Ontario by his bluster about protecting ON.

So Minister George Pirie finally brought the Minister of Transportation to Northern Ontario. But if you wanted to talk to him about the death trap highways and dangerous trucking you had to pay $3,375 to get access. And no, he didn't drive the highway. He flew. Doug Ford's Ontario in action.

🧵We've been talking about Harper's push to make Doug PM for awhile. We started hearing it from staffers back in 2019 - that Ford would do one more term in Ontario (to finish it off) and then become PM. We thought that meant he would somehow replace PP. But what if he ran against him? 😳

Doug Ford’s attendance in 2024 has a lot of 🟥 squares for abscences. He was only in attendance 6 times for the full day because he usually skips out early. If I had an attendence record like this I would have been fired by now. Why do people keep voting for this guy? 🤔

Doug Ford stayed at Queen’s Park for a full day 6 times in 2024. Six. With the first sitting day in 2025 scheduled for March 3rd, Doug must be so relieved to have an 11-week break to recover from that gruelling schedule.

2024 was a banner year for Doug Ford in the Legislature. He attended a full Question Period 6 times! If you wanted to meet with your MPP, they should have been readily available (they don’t sit on any of the days marked green). They should be in their constituency offices. 🤔

As recounted by Alan Hale today, Marit Stiles hit a high note with her question to Premier Ford yesterday in Question Period. Her description was so accurate and appropriate during this segment, I wasn’t the least surprised that he ignored it, leaving right after.

From Alan Hale this morning: the quote of the day from Question Period yesterday. These words from Jeff Burch were so spot on when I heard him say them, are words that apply to every “answer” given by the Ontario PC Caucus. A big pet peeve of mine. Thanks Jeff!

December 1: While seldom visiting the Legislature to hear about the concerns of Ontarians, Pemier Ford gears up for an election by handing money out to buy votes. Photo ops galore this month which are pretty self-serving. Playing pretend mayor and prime minister are his agenda.

Watching the Ontario PC Caucus this morning in QP, it once again demonstrated to me their hypocrisy. Adorned in their purple scarves, reciting sexual assault phone numbers, quoting $ amounts, they voted for the 4th time to not declare IPV an epidemic. Idle words but NEVER actions. Shameful.

People have short memories about how things happen. At critical moments when the chips are down you see who & what people are. Then it happens and people just move on and forget. The media is smart, they play a long game. They want access. For survival I suppose. I saw this in May 2022 in Ontario.

Sure, this is a good idea. And it’s not a costly one. But that’s the thing with Ford. He wants to claim victories for things that are easy to do and cheap to buy votes. He doesn’t actually care about things that actually make a huge impact like education or health care.
