the right always attack the legal system as if it was “protecting criminals rights over victims”. This is a false dichotomy. If you arrest the wrong people, victims don’t get justice and new victims are created. This can be applied to the actions of ICE even if they weren’t so criminally inept.

Blue Moon has a Hobbit spin-off vibe and feels like filmed theater. It proffers the tortured artist v the popular dichotomy but for all that I had a good time. I didn’t for a second forget I was watching Ethan Hawke but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
