Small update: Thanks to the power of ice, heat pads, icy hot, stretching, and some pain meds, I managed to stand up and walk around a bit. Still no stream tomorrow, but improvements nonetheless.

It's pretty safe to say that there's no stream tomorrow. Threw my back out during stream. I'm keeping it on ice and supported, so hopefully recovery is pretty quick.
