Ok. I’m done. I have not got ADHD. Some traits but I fall below the criteria for all the points. Some ADHD skills and activities may be useful in helping but not for all of me and he feels my mental health is the bigger factor in why I struggle. Writing to my GP… no more assessment! Yay!
