DON'T STOP CALLING. email them if you want, sure, but the fact that they are requesting people to *email them instead* (presumably because emails are much easier to ignore) means that the calls are WORKING, i.e. becoming a massive nuisance and interrupting workflow. once again, DON'T STOP CALLING.

They told me they're getting a lot of complaints about this when I called, tried to push me to do an e-mail. Politely told them I would prefer to leave my complaint by phone and they took it. Easy. If you're calling Visa, hit 0 and lead by saying you'd like to file a complaint.
