And for the record: I loved Red Dead Redemption 2. But mainly for its narrative and general vibes (and admittedly, the impressive production values). Not because of the shooting mechanics or the missions you were playing, which were so restrictive and padded out.

Every time I hear people talking about GTA 6 and how excited they are for it, all I can do is nod and be like "Yeah, that game is sure gonna be expensive looking. It's gonna be full of stuff and things. Lots of stuff and things. Maybe even passable mission design this time"

Though in more interesting news: Stranger than Heaven looks really promising. I'm glad to see RGG is dialing back the goofiness the recent Yakuza games were full of in favor of something a bit more grounded. Though I'm sure there will be silly shit too, cause it is basically Yakuza -1

I don't have a problem with the Starfox designs, they are fine if a bit derpy. But I am disappointed that after all this time all they managed to do is basically remake Starfox 64. Again. But hey, I'll take that over them adding some random open world area nobody asked for.
