So, the majority of my contacts have, in addition to the regular socials, several telegram channels each, where they detail everything they do, what they eat, where they go. A constant stream of unrequested self-information. I find it incredibly petty, time-wasting and egocentric. Should I make one?

I'm already failing my proposition, I keep hoping the wrong people will pay attention to me. But they didn't in many years and they won't now. Time to get some new, possibly more real, friends.

As soon as I posted about not wasting time with some people, I went to two of them, with good intentions, and received my daily dose of indifference and vitriolic disdain.

Let's see if I can do it this year. Main objective for 2026: stop wasting time on people who obviously don't deserve it.
