Echo - 23 year old fake psychic medium. His parents dropped him off at a clinic when he was 8 to get a cybernetic implant to deal with his seizures, but unsure they could pay the debt they disappeared on him. He gets by on what charm he can muster, but hasn't built any deep connections. #DVParty
