Australian politicians might want to look at banning algorithms that set rents and price fix. A practice America has now banned due to its anti-competitive and predatory approach to tenants incomes as theirs to gouge. Housing is a vital need, but not the only expense in people’s lives.

The CES used to have massive job boards. Pick a job, get interviewed, start work. It was such a simple process. Now, the CES has been fragmented into dozens of JSP pieces that don't have finding jobs for workers as their function, and the job boards are nowhere to be seen. Bring back the CES.

I’m mad at greed justifications for the wealthy who argue no government interference - or laws that restrict their capital gains. They don’t want rent caps but happily accept a full 50% tax free when they sell properties whose value rises as rents rise. What an absolute crock!
