Spent the past few months escaping a super racist and transphobic city, and now that I've actually made it, I gotta say it's incredible to feel SAFE being out and about. The amount of racist and sexual violence slurs I'd get shouted at me for just walking about was insane.

I did the horizontal version of an Egg Drop while only having two hours of sleep 😎. Garlic parsley butter, pan fried bacon, cheese, and egg drop scramble with Sriracha and mayo on top. The cardboard box is cut from a Melbourne Hot Chocolate container. Gotta use what you have 🤷‍♀️

I've learned how to make the perfect Korean Egg Drop sandwich but I don't have anything to prop it up on the sides so I've taken to scouring suzy's cabinets and stealing cardboard packaging to cut up just so I can make it properly presentable.
