I quit my job today to spend the next few years exploring the USA, Canada, Mexico and Pacific Islands. Put down a deposit on a custom trailer, picking it up in Utah in March.

Made 2 desserts over the weekend - peach crisp and salted caramel torte. Not the prettiest but boy it tastes good
