Wtf, not 6 hours after terrible customer service. @communauto.bsky.social called the driver to move the car, which he did, but their end of the conversation never even hinted at an apology.

I wish Communauto didn’t have a monopoly in Halifax. I like car sharing as a service, but when it fails and then they charge you money for it not working it really feels like a kick in the teeth.
