Since my COVID infection, I've been having some very severe anxiety attacks. After dodging it for about 5 damn years, I finally got COVID. I'm not happy. I stil mask when I leave my apartment, but with dad being in and out of the hospital, EMT's refusing to mask when entering my apartment ("oh, we don't have any")...I finally got it..Feel meh...was in the hospital yesterday.

No, I don't think protests will fix things. I don't think we can just vote our way out of this. However, I will support and promote protests and any actual leftist politicians, because we need to do whatever we can at this point. The left needs to view protests as recruitment opportunities. (IMO)

Please remember that the ability to boycott can often be a privilege. Some folks are too poor to shop anywhere more expensive. Some folks don't have transportation, or are disabled, and can only shop places that offer delivery and can't afford to pay the fees for things like instacart/etc
