Near the ruins of Timgad in Algeria, it has been known throughout history that earthquakes are sometimes followed by the appearance of strange Automations. Often times aggressive. The researchers stationed there are lucky the Trio arrived, as they bring with them a frighteningly powerful individual.

The trio sits down with Iron Valiant as Cinderace translates his message as best he can. Meowscarada recalls her most prominent experience with loss. It occurred in Eastern Europe during the first months of 1970, when she and her husband (50's) were wrapping up their final expedition together.

As the snow began to thaw in early 1970, the brilliant physicist turned archeologist embraced his dear one for the final time. He invented the technique Radium Dating before much was known about the element... But only discovered its harmful effects and how to make it safe after it was too late.

At first thaw of spring, 1970, Blaziken was laid to rest near his hometown in the Carpathian mountains. After the funeral, Meowscarada has her last words with her husband. The headstone reads: Physicist Archaeologist Beloved Husband (if you know Ukrainian, then you can read Blaziken's canon name!)

At JFK international airport, Scream Tail prepares to depart for Algeria. The research team of geologists and seismologists there have been working tirelessly to assist in her efforts ever since Inteleon and company spread the grim news to them.

Scream Tail has arrived in Algeria, and has been caught up on the circumstances surrounding the appearance of the mechanical Pokemon. The trio is ready to venture deep into the earth to meet a certain mythical being. They're also bringing one of Scream Tail's colleagues for some extra muscle.

The team ventures deep underground through winding tunnels as Iron Valiant explains how he and his kin recently found their way to the surface. Koraidon's jumpiness is warranted, considering he's the only one who neither knows Meowscarada's true power nor traversed these caves.

After over an hour of hiking deep underground, the team finally reaches the home of the future paradox Pokemon. Earthquakes have ravaged the once impressive city, but that makes it no less exciting to the team. They'd do well, however, not to let their guard down in a place like this.

The machines Terapagos was taught to create were intended to be its friends. But how can the created truly be a friend to the creator? Only one future paradox Pokemon is of a refined and sophisticated caliber necessary to understand this, and it's the one Terapagos' modeled after its late friend.
