Today I reflect on my father, who would have turned 89 yesterday. He is my exemplar of a life well lived. He was the first of my immediate family to pass from #cancer (in 2002 at 66), followed by my sister (2018 at 58) and mom (2021 at 84). Their memory motivates me daily. #HolidayReflection #OncSky

Some helpful advice via @npr.org as we think of ways to support friends, family, and also those whom we don't know especially well and who have lost a loved one. This advice rings true in our #oncology world, as caregivers of those who died from cancer in the past year adjust to the holidays.
