Had another surgery follow up. Looks like I’ll need another surgery… This surgery would apparently make my ear function as normal. I’ve always just had this useless ear where everyone sounds like Charlie Brown’s parents and for it to have “normal hearing” is a wild concept for me.

I’m still recovering, I was supposed to have 2 surgeries, one of them a second attempt at a failed surgery, but they did it all in one. It was a resounding success so my left ear will now work better than it ever has my whole life. Now to deal with recovery.

Just found out my first ear surgery (of two this year) has been scheduled for tomorrow due to a last minute cancellation. Wish me luck guess I’ll be in recovery this weekend!
