4:15 am. Fourth time up tonight. Sipping leftover decaf coffee ( I do not recommend). Jaw was doing much better, but was sore today. Must have eaten something too crunchy. Sinus pain comes and goes. Restless legs come and go. Brain is still much. I miss going out to see the flowers. Love you all.
