I have a similar strategy for apps: I deliberately haven't installed many apps on my phone which forces me to goto their jankier websites (w/ awful popup cookie consent banners) on mobile. That's saved me tons of scrolling. If a page takes too long to load,I often just abandon too.

The For You feed is going to be down while I'm upgrading the CPU from AMD 7900 (12 core) to AMD 9950X3D (16 core). This should increase how many users it can serve by ~50%-100%. If all goes well it should be back up in an hour or two.

So I❤️trains too! But for cultural/geographical reasons, I genuinely❤️cars in America. When I'm in my car, I leave when I want+have total freedom.
