Good to meet Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of UNRWA. UNRWA is playing a crucial role in supporting the civilian population in Gaza, the West Bank, and the wider region. During the implementation phase of the ceasefire, the humanitarian needs will be enormous.

I welcome the ceasefire and hostage release agreement. This is a major, positive breakthrough towards ending the violence. It is now time to deliver this agreement for all hostages and their families, the people of Gaza, and the people of the region.
