Just saw a reel on Instagram that said people with ADHD will only be motivated if something is "important, engaging, or fun". And like, no. That might be true for some of us, but not for most of us I don't think. There are plenty of important things I cannot motivate myself to do.

I am very thankful for the incredibly lovely people who live in my phone who are always saying really kind and supportive things to me.

I can feel my depression getting really bad again. I think it must have been okay for a while there, because this is definitely worse. Crying all the time, really can't get out of bed in the morning, just feeling low and worthless.

I just want to curl up in a ball and cry, but I have tickets to an event with my dad so I have to shove my real feelings down deep and pretend to be a happy person for 3-4 hours.
