We had three birthdays in four days at my four person office this week, so I baked half of a cake to bring in.

It's been a year since I left my job at Roll20, and while I definitely miss my team, there's so much more about working there that I'm happy to have left behind. Quitting a job with no safety net or backup plan was scary, but there hasn't been a single moment that I've regretted that decision.

Finishing out the night with Return of the King and a surprisingly refreshing cocktail we called the Sting.

Moving on to The Two Towers with a cocktail we're calling the Gandalf the White (rum fizz with cream of coconut and a toasted coconut garnish).
