I was a bit hesitant to showcase this project I've been working on for a long time cause there's a lot of empty space that I still need to fill in, including a part after this video ends, but eh, not a huge deal I suppose. Noticing some games, like FF and Castlevania in particular, are mostly the same game except with different characters each time. With FF it was mostly about crystals until 6-7, then they seemed to develop more complex storylines and goals/plots. CV, same story each time but new characters, time, etc

Plugged in my headphones specifically to play a video with audio on here and it isn't playing anything. Somehow animations without audio played before this. BS being goofy

All volume sliders I added to the 2D Platformer demo in Godot 4.7 dev 5 work now, so you can adjust volumes per individual sound, as well as all sfx if you want. Save, reset, load buttons for them are there but don't do anything. Won't know how to do this anyway, until I figure out saves

Looks like I missed a couple of dev versions for Godot mobile. Hopefully 4.7dev5 fixes some issues I've had in dev3

Godot 4.7 dev mobile: 2D platformer: Just added working sliders for master, sfx, music channels. Now the plan is to add individual sliders for each specific sfx. I'll also try to add a button for saving the volume config, but it won't do anything yet, and a button to show/hide volume sliders
