I often say that the fight for democracy is the fight of our generation. But let me be clear, if you aren’t fighting for Black voting rights right now then you aren’t really fighting for democracy.

Trump wanted a war with Iran because he thought Americans would rally around a war president and it would drive his poll numbers up. It did the opposite. So thousands of lives & billions of dollars were wasted, and the price you pay for gas is significantly higher, because Donald Trump is an idiot.

The Speaker of the House in Alabama calls on the courts to “overturn the 14th Amendment.” This is the same legislative body, a court found engaged in intentional racial discrimination in drawing voting maps in the Milligan case. x.com/austinpratt_...

Red states don’t hold referendums before they redraw maps to their advantage. They just do it. If the courts are going to keep moving the goalposts, maybe it’s time blue states stop asking permission.
