Saw the ghost of my late uncle in a shop on Saturday. I mean obviously not actually his ghost, but a nice old boy who looked uncannily like him, dressed how my uncle would be to go out for a walk, only more frail. It made me really sad on the anniversary of his death, but also kind of happy. 😌

Two of my late Uncle’s favourite things, holidays and calendars. Miss you Dave. 😔 xx

Stewart Lee is on in Leeds for three nights running. I would tell my uncle to go along but he’s away half the year. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Five years ago today my uncle had a stroke from which he never recovered. Well, he had started to get a little bit better, but then had another stroke. He slowly went downhill from being stuck in the hospital for five weeks. I don’t think you ever get over sadness like that. 😔

@mostbutnotall.bsky.social I don’t know how often you’re around on here these days but anyway - I finally went to the finished version of Man Wulf last week! Saw a very early work in progress but yeah obv quite different now, really great.

It’s a two hour show about not being cruel, I think that’s basically the gist of it. While either standing in just his pants, in a werewolf costume, or sitting on a Dave Allen stool.

Finally got to see Stewart Lee Vs the Man-Wulf last week.

Even my little fact about Radiohead was of no interest. Tough crowd. 🤷🏻

So yeah went to this.
