Cheesecake Experiment #3: Goat cheese cheesecake with sriracha-honey. Good flavor. (Thanks to a friend who suggested a hot honey sauce. Pairs well.) The cake's very crumbly and a bit on the dry side. Adding some sour cream to mix might improve it.

Latest kitchen experiment: roasted purple sweet potato cheesecake with cranberry sauce. This is good. This is 2:1, favoring the cheese. I also make a purple swe-po pie, so I might balance the ratio to 1:1 and see if that hybrid is awesome.
