Alright here is another blast from my past. In the late 90's, I won a streak of Roleplaying awards and have a small pile of trophies from Gen Con, Origins, and Winter Fantasy. They are the only trophies I ever earned and I faced off against some damn good roleplayers to get them.

Saddened to hear about the passing of Lou Zocchi. He was an old guard personality and a true innovator. He is one of the few folks I have distinct memories about at my earliest Gen Con's in the 80s. Rest in Peace Lou.. I'm eternally grateful to you for equal access to all the faces on my dice.

Because the first post had an error or two and was using the most inexpensive available version of each card, this is what my 94 Magic World Championship deck looked like and what it would cost today. I also included what I think was in the sideboard. I'm less confident about all the picks there.

A random trip down memory lane to the deck I played in the 1994 Magic the Gathering World Championship. It took me to the top 16 where I was knocked out by one of the few land destruction decks remaining in the tournament. As a note.. I didn't play with sleeves and I riffle shuffled this deck.
