We work towards a labor movement where workers can strike together across a company, an industry, and a city. The federal Taft-Hartley law does not prohibit such strikes so long as we press demands against our own employers and not just make class-wide demands.

(Real) unions are independent of employers. To be independent of employers, you need to not be funded by them. Basic but important!

Organize everywhere! Yes please, definitely. It's a good slogan. But to build a sustainable union that fully meet your needs and expresses your values takes more: a complete union model. Workers designing and testing our own - at our jobs and in our industries - is one of our hallmarks.
