I've had to unsubscribe from my blood center's email list. While I like to think I've come to terms with never again being able to donate blood, every time the blood center sends an email it's like a gut punch.

For several years I've been taking a 325 mg aspirin at bedtime for my knees. Three 81 mg aspirin work just as well but since it doesn't cause GI issues or bleeding and it's cheaper 325 mg it is. I did get trump hands this week, but I was on a combination if IV Heparin and 7.5 mg of warfarin.
