As the heroes of old dried up and the Dungeon grew hollow of good folk, a more heretical form of man made their home here. As the Dungeon summoned forth a red miasma, the sky grew foul and the people withered. It was through the great cults, and their honourable sacrifices, that the sun be granted strength to pierce the veil and shine upon us yet again. The skin cracks as I smile to see another day

As the pitch black network of corridors grew, a seething sickness found itself a home. Rebels from the natural order, they founded their own perverse heirarchy against the goodness of all things - right at home amongst the Dungeon. They hunger, for power and flesh alike.
