Of course he did. Doesn't matter that the bill is bipartisan. He doesn't give a shit about Americans; he only cares about staying out of jail. And if that requires stealing an election or two and destroying American democracy, that's exactly what he's going to try to do.

President Trump was supposed to sign the largest bipartisan housing bill in 30 years into law today. He’s refusing to do so until his election-rigging bill passes.   This is Trump 101: Trump first, Americans last. He’s a disgrace to this nation.

Going on foreign soil and announcing, without *any* evidence that American elections are dishonest—simply because you are a lying sore loser—should be an impeachable offense. Presidents should not be allowed to intentionally undermine confidence in the US to leaders overseas.
