I’m a Veteran who used to prosecute terrorists for a living. Now I’m running for Congress in North Carolina. I’m fed up with the GOP’s attacks on Medicaid & the VA. And my opponent, Congressman Chuck Edwards, ignores his duty but bends over backwards to please his big donors.

This is literally the problem: We NEED to be rude. We need emotion. These fuckers are destroying democracy & hurting people; our elected Democrats *should* be pissed. When they're not, they're essentially gaslighting the rest of us.

Cecile Richards was an incredible human, leader, and boss. I was in awe of her talents and inspired by her every day. She taught us that we could do great things at work & also be good moms & friends. She encouraged us to have lives, to travel, to live. I learned so much from her. Gone way too soon.
