I've been reading & assessing international student transcripts on a daily basis for a little over 15 years. There are few countries that don't have this even at masters level. With proper resourcing & institutional support it could be great. Without it, a NZ degree is no different to anyone else's.

My perpetual hobby horse is that it is A Problem that a private company runs almost all local elections, esp when something goes wrong. Something has gone wrong here. What are the lines of public accountability? Who is responsible? Do we hold the company to account or the Council for hiring them?

If nothing else, a century of only not men parliament would help even the balance sheet. If men are well behaved, a couple will be allowed after about 90 years, but one should be Queer and it be a whole thing.

NZ journalists could easily hound Peters for this. Instead they harassed Doyle. And 2/3s of the coverage I've seen of Doyle resigning frames the resignation up as being another scandal for the Greens NZ media is a direct platform for abuse against diversity - the evidence is clear
