Started a Melt the ICE hat, then realized I had a book (Norwegian Handknits by Sue Flanders and Janine Kosel) with a pattern for Nisse hats, so this is kind of an amalgamation of the two. 🧶 Thanks to @jeremiahgenest.bsky.social for modeling

Finished my hat. I’m very happy with how it turned out. Celtic headband first, switched to smaller needles, picked up 84 stitches along one edge, decreased in 5 places, every other row, and finished with an ichord. Going to give my other 2 Melt the ICE hats away.
