This is the best piece of advice for new nudists who are nervous. It’s a big perspective shift, but the ticket to gaining confidence in your body is just getting naked and doing it! The point is to accept yourself as you are *today,* because the moment you feel “confident enough” will never come.

Keeping it real! It would be amazing to live in a place where it’s legal to be naked in public. When genuine people, like @nakedmathematics.bsky.social, are naturally naked it opens the doors for others to be courageous and follow suit - wear their birthday suit, that is.

The success of our movement hinges on nudists having the courage to tell the world “I am a nudist, and I’m proud.” The more of us do it, the more common it becomes, and the less of a big deal it will seem. More people will try it, more people will be open about it, and more people will accept it.
