It was so nice working naked yesterday. The moment I got my clothes off I felt happier and more relaxed. I wish more workplaces would allow this.

There’ll always be those who sexualise nudity. We can either self-censor because of them, or we can rise above it. I don’t think we should let others define us. It doesn’t have to effect our enjoyment of nudity if we don’t let it, and by continuing to share openly, we might even open some minds.

The weather was all over the place on Friday, but it was quite warm, and nice to get out in nature before my session modeling for the life drawing group.

Just a fun one 😋 When I saw this rock it made me think of the Spiderman poses I did earlier this year for my figure drawing references. Sometimes nature is the best studio, if you just take your cues from her.

They say we should cover our bodies in public because it’s sexual to be naked. But people only sexualise nudity because we cover our bodies all the time. It’s circular reasoning that leads to all sorts of sexual crimes and poor mental health. Let’s break this vicious cycle.

I think it’s in our nature to be drawn to climb things. Being in a high place, looking out over the world just makes you feel good in a primal sort of a way. Just the same as being naked does.

Being naked and alone in isolated places has such an exhilarating feel to it. The excitement, curiosity, and sometimes even mild fear. But you learn to trust your body and your judgement to keep you safe. It gives you such a great sense of strength and self reliance 💪

The weather's warming up, but the water's still freezing. It's not until mid autumn that the water gets to its warmest here thanks to the ocean currents. If you wanted to be positive, you could call it refreshing 😄

Hey y'all, it's been a few days hasn't it? We had our group's nudist retreat, and I went to visit my brother, so been offline for a bit. Now we're stuck into harvest preperations. Was hoping to get out for a little adventure this week, but looks like I'll be too busy, so here's one from last week.

Apart from my lunch spilling in my backpack, it was a great hike on Wednesday. Down a 4 wheel drive track, along some coastal rock and beach, up into some sand dunes and then these rocky hills above. All without shoes and mostly without clothes.

I reached the end of my hike and sat down to eat my lunch, only to find that the container had broken in my backpack. I had to hike all the way back hungry. I was a very grumpy boy 😠

Lots of fish here, but not so many good ones to eat. Quite a different and interesting place to fish though with the deep lagoon protected by the reef. I put up a video of me fishing at www.patreon.com/nudistjeff as a little bonus for my supporters.

It’s completely normal and healthy to be attracted to human bodies. What’s not healthy is when a culture makes the body so taboo that our sexual urges override everything else, and we fail to see that the body is so much more than an object of sexual gratification. (1/2)

I took my boots off purely for artistic reasons. These rocks were sharp AF.

One of my favourite feelings is being nude at the shoreline, right where the waves crash against the sand. The intensity of the sun, the sound of the waves and the cool water brushing my skin are enough to keep me there for hours.

I don’t take many pictures with a backpack on do I? Usually I put it on the ground so I can shove the tripod stick in to steady it. But I do take a backpack with me on almost all of my adventures. This one’s an insulated one for fishing, to keep my catch chilled until I get it home.

I’m pretty chuffed with myself. Twice I’ve tried to get to this spot, and both times I’ve failed. But yesterday I found another very steep and overgrown trail down the cliffs and made it here. Achievement ticked off, and now I’m never coming back again, because the climb back up was bloody awful 🥵

Maybe climbing trees is so fun because our ancestors were monkeys. Just like how being naked feels so good because our ancestors were naked for hundreds of thousands of years before clothes were invented. It's in our DNA.

Yesterday I spent an hour laying outside under a tree, enjoying the lovely weather. I did some brainstorming for a nudist superhero game idea I've had on the back of my mind for a while. I guess that's one good thing being sick, you give yourself permission to enjoy being lazy.

If yesterday I was in the "carry on like I'm not actually sick" phase of this cold, today I'm in the "laze around in bed cuddling puppies" phase. It's a pity, since I had a 2km hike to a new fishing spot planned, but I just didn't feel like it. Oh well, an adventure for another day.

I've been fighting off a cold the last few days. So far it's staying at that level where you can go about as normal and act like you're not even sick. Still had a great workout yesterday afternoon, and this morning I feel like I'm getting better. Must be all that vitamin D.

I love a nice patch of open bushland. No need to stick to a trail where all the other hikers are. You can go where you like, and wear what you want.

Lots of wild flowers out at the moment. Flowers are a plant’s sexual organs, and just like human ones they come in all shapes, sizes and colours. Isn’t it silly how we’re perfectly happy seeing a plant’s sexual organs, but we make such a big taboo of our own?

Nature is like one big playground. Actually, it’s better, because there aren’t stupid people who’ll call the cops just because you want to play in your favourite outfit.

It's been a few weeks, but I finally got a proper naked in nature day yesterday. This spot's only 20 minutes from home, but I've never explored it before. It's quite different from the Southern forests I'm used to. Feels like I'm in the Perth hills (without the sweltering heat).
