I snuck in some bodyboarding last week, between finishing work and driving to Perth. Then it's been a big weekend with a nudist board game night, and beach day (with over 20 people, our group's biggest turn out yet), plus entertaining my 3 year old nephew. I need a weekend for my weekend 😄

Yesterday was a beautiful day to be down at the beach catching dinner. Being able to catch, forage, grow or hunt your own food satisfies a primal part of our nature, and so does being naked!

Back to the grindstone, but feeling so good (if a little tired) after a naked weekend getaway in the country with 16 friends, including a few new ones. It's nice to have a social life occasionally 😅. I guess I'm the lucky one since I get to continue being naked back at work 😝

Finally did some more on this backburner project and filled up the first two beds with dirt and mulch. Feeling very excited to start growing stuff in here!

One of my absolute favourite places. Quite close to a touristy beach, but you have to climb rocks and wade to get here, so I always have it to myself. Perfect place to swim, fish, and enjoy the sun, and I can see anyone coming from a long way off. Who else has their own secret nudie location?

Naturism promotes a deeper respect for all. For people, appreciating others' differences and boundaries, and building trust. For self, embracing your imperfections I.N. building self-confidence. And finally, for nature and peace with the grass, trees and animals around you.

This year I'm focusing on getting more variety in my workouts. So instead of leading off every leg day with back squats, I'm alternating back, front, split and zercher squats. These feel really good, although I'm still getting used to them. Let's see if I can get these to 100kg this year!

What will I catch today? Actually, that's a retorical question, because this photo is from yesterday, so I already know what I caught 😆 Four King George whiting and a flathead. Not a huge catch, but quality fish, and more than enough for dinner for two.

Is that civilisation I see in the distance? I think we’d be more civilised if we embraced our innate beauty and goodness, instead of hiding ourselves behind artificial coverings, and persecuting those who refuse to comply.

Digging the post holes for the new duck enclosure. Much more pleasant work when you don't have clothes trapping in all that heat and sweat.

Finally got back to some tiny house work yesterday afternoon. Didn't get a lot done though. It was one of those days. Tools missing, machines not working properly, planks of wood changing length after I'd measured them... But at least I did something 🙂

First workout in a few weeks. It can be tough getting back into it after a break, when your strength has slipped. But if you don't get too much in your head, practice acceptance, and just enjoy the process, you'll be back to where you were in no time.

Merry Christmas everyone 🎅 One of my favourite things about living in Australia is getting to have Christmas in summer, so we can spend the days at the beach, swimming, fishing and hanging out with family. Not to make you all jealous or anything 😝

What a week it's been. My partner Jason has been very unwell, so I've been pretty much on full time carer duties. Thankfully he's getting a lot better now, giving me just enough time to get some last minute farm work done before the family gets here for Christmas.
