Was thinking about how I readily use "tragicomedy" but avoid "dramedy" Why? Realised that "dramedy" really only works in accents where the first "a" in "drama" and the "o" in "comedy" are pronounced the same and that's not how I pronounce those words, so "dramedy" makes no sense coming from me

"Smile 2" made me think that if Parker Finn ever grows tired of making horror films, he could make one hell of an action film The skills are all there in "Smile 2" (can't remember if they were there in "Smile" as well...)

One thing I like about the Smile film series is that the short film "Laura Hasn't Slept" actually is canonical and not just a prototype. "Smile" is a sequel rather than a remake. I think short films don't get enough respect, even from film fans, so making the short canonical pleases me!
