This weekend for my time off I had a great time resting and continuing to fill out the upper stairwell of my Alliance house

Today I attempted to make my Alliance house in WOW a little more interesting by extending my balcony out into a seating area so it’s easier to enjoy the shrine I built for my one single Paladin among all my Druids and Hunters. Also made my first attempt at a small stained glass window.

Tonight I added some more foliage to my grand Alliance house garden room in progress. I find building in my WOW houses so satisfying.

MAGfest is gonna be Zelda themed hell yes!!! I was already looking forward to it but I was so hoping they’d do a Zelda year soon! See you all at late night arcade after the concerts!

Today in RDR2 I got into a duel and won. I wanted to loot the guy but didn’t want anyone seeing me so I waited and as I waited a random guy came up from behind the saloon, picked up the corpse, slung him over his shoulder and walked off with him. I was like, you know what, that’s your man, keep him.

It’s been a minute since I added a new horse to my collection but I finally caught the one that got away, a beautiful black American Standardbred stallion I’ve named Jett

Got back at RDR2. Saw some guys in the distance and shouted “How-Dee pardners!” thinking they had a quest. At the exact moment I realized they were the Klan two of them cartoonishly dropped a cross they were carrying on themselves and died. The third charged me with a knife so he had to go too.

A fun fact you may or may not know is that I’m a bath bomb addict. Today I had to do adult things and go to the doctor and advocate for myself so it’s self care time. @aberloony.bsky.social got me an amazing mushroom shaped one from Lush and today was absolutely the day for it

I fell off the wagon for horse collecting in RDR2 because I got fully absorbed into WOW house design. Figured I may share some of that here. To start off, some of my favorite indoor garden spaces because I main Druids and hunters. I don’t believe there’s any such thing as too many water features.

The first con I ever went to was Tekkoshocon in Pittsburgh. When I got there the elevators opened and smoke poured out. I’d never been to a con before and thought it was an effect and got super excited. Nope. The same building was hosting Vape Con in the adjoining hall.

Put up foil so the bird can see the window better while waiting on prettier things to make my window bird safe. This window faces the neighbors so now I officially look like the psychotic bitch next door who is waiting to get beamed up by the aliens. The 5G’s ain’t getting me!

I currently have a feud with a huge robin that seems to believe the reflection in my window is another bird. He’s taken to charging the window periodically, starting around 6am. I’m starting to empathize with Wile E.Coyote and other such cartoon villains with bird nemeses.

We’re feeling pretty badass today! Nothing like finally tackling a big project. Our scary shed and big wood pile are defeated! @gawkinggeek.bsky.social, @curiouscatart.bsky.social and I are taking a much earned rest this afternoon.

It was a perfect day for spring cleaning so me and @gawkinggeek.bsky.social and @itsembyrrose.bsky.social got out there and moved some junk! It’s crazy what you can do in a short while with some teamwork. And now I am clean and re-fluffed. This makes me happy.

Like a month ago my car got t-boned by a deer and I just had to take it back in because apparently my car comes with two door handle models and the one they initially installed was the other kind. This gorgeous girl is Rain the brindle thoroughbred. She’s my only mare for now by random chance and by far the fastest horse I have. In my game she spawned without her NPC by the side of the road alone, so I took her and she’s been one of my favorites due to her speed and bravery.

The most recent addition to my virtual stable, a Hungarian Halfbred I named Cloud because he looks exactly like my favorite childhood posable horse toy by the same name. I’ve had a great time trying to emulate the kind of pictures they had in my beloved horse encyclopedia.

This is Ignatius. He is not a terribly strong or fast horse and pretty much every NPC owns a one of him, but I can’t get rid of him because he’s beautiful.

I was a Barbie horse game girl and RDR2 has filled that void in my heart that’s been there for a long damn time. I may honestly never finish the plot and just ride around collecting shit. Yes I know how it ends. Maybe I’ll get to it at some point but this messing around is the best.

I’ve had a cold this week but got a surprise bright spot, an early delivery of my corset from Corsets & Cogs who I met at the PA ren fair last season. I can’t wait to incorporate it into my garb for this upcoming season! If I’m lucky I might make it to the NJ one this time and kick things off early!

Today in RDR2, where I’ve more or less decided to entirely ignore the plot and fuck off into the woods, I stole a train and parked it in an inconvenient spot where a wagon road crosses the tracks, causing a disruption to local traffic and annoyance in the population. This game is amazing.

So far highlights of RDR2 have included blowing up the white supremacist gang with dynamite in their house and stealing an entire train and a mountain lion jumping out of the woods and killing the cops who were chasing me down while I did so. Excited to see what today brings.

Tried the new local dim sum place, ate my weight in dumplings (definitely going back) and now it’s time to do some horse crimes in RDR2 and hang out under my heated blanket. If it’s gonna be this cold I call that a perfect day
