So far, the sinus headaches from being congested & sick have made it difficult to tell if the Botox treatment worked. But if this is one of the few exceptions for Botox treatments for headaches, it will be so nice to be able to tell when I’m sick or chronically ill or a bedtime procrastinator.

I’m mildly obsessed with the idea of weaving music right now. It’s hard to hold that & the trauma of what’s happening in my city at the same time. I can’t process grief & safety concerns & the components of music & weaving simultaneously. I only hope this draw sticks around in spite of everything.

For the first time ever, I’ve experienced both expected & unexpected deaths of people I knew personally in the same month. I left myself room to grieve but it didn’t really hit until therapy when I let myself think about it without distraction. Grieving is an action, a process. I forget sometimes.
