More on recent termination of the NW Climate Resilience Collaborative and concerns for remaining NOAA Climate Adaptation Partnerships (CAPs). "NOAA’s investment in CAP program was one of the very few to say, very explicitly, go see if you can solve problems in your region, full stop."

We are deeply saddened to report that the funding for the Northwest Climate Resilience Collaborative has been terminated effective immediately. The dismissal of National Climate Assessment authors this week and notice that its scope is being "reevaluated" leaves the door open to a compromised report serving fossil fuel interests at the cost of American communities. I talked to John Vause about this concern on CNN International last night.
