Good game development tip I learned once way back: If the engine allows it, make sure you can test a game at both high and low frames-per-second. What might work great regularly, could completely break at 5 fps.

I couldn't find a major news source or any evidence otherwise online to back up that this was said on Iranian State TV. It appears to be false.
