Corporate governance (e.g. model validation) is an interesting beast in that it's necessary but has no logical end point. You can always govern harder to the point that you choke all value-add work. Gather people to talk governance and you will 100% walk away with more frameworks and bureaucracy.

I'll say this for MS Teams: it works super well to record a mtg and then ask Copilot about it. I no longer feel the need to distract myself with simultaneous note-taking. And I can have a requirements convo while being fully present, and then extract structured requirements later for my docs
