Cheers to a year of friends and adventure! This past year I lost 60lb, ran several fun races, explored more of Florida AND went all the way to Everest base camp! Never underestimate what you can accomplish. Just take it one step at a time.

So sad to hear of the passing of beloved YouTuber AdamTheWoo. I’ve been following Adam’s adventures for 10 or so years. Daily entertainment and adventures. Rest in peace my distant friend
