Any tips for hand sewing with carpal tunnel syndrome? I’m having so much fun stitching away, but then my fingers begin to tingle and lose grip on the needle and project. Like are there braces or specific stretches to do while working on stuff?

Happy memory: One winter when Tippy was a tiny kitten she found a piece of ice in a big puddle. She had so much fun splashing and playing with it until I took her inside to dry off and warm up. I still wonder if she remembers having fun in water :)
