I am glad to see SCOTUS denying Kim Davis's attempt to overturn marriage equality. These baseless attempts to invalidate marriage for same-sex couples are designed to intimidate our community and put families like mine in danger. We all deserve to be happy, and if we choose, to get married.

For those who want/need a reminder of why: I don't think anyone making the (correct) prediction thinks SCOTUS routinely acts in good faith or respects precedent, or has confidence that Obergefell is safe in the long term. But this was clearly not the case that would result in its downfall.
