Ask the wrong question, and you'll get the wrong data. Some people even ask the wrong questions on purpose: it lets them carry on pruning around the edges instead of asking the harder questions with even harder answers.

A lack of focus is a symptom of and contributor to poor decision-making. Without focus, you might avoid quick decisions—or avoid them altogether. One reason is that, without focus, it’s hard to get consensus on whether a decision is good or bad for the organisation.

Slightly overwhelmed by how pleasant it is here. It’s just like the optimistic days of 2007/2008. All we need is a financial crash and some state-sponsored terrorism and we’re there.
